ITEM AVAILABILITY POLICY
We do our best to list only items that are not out of stock and are ready to ship. Twice a week we will be adding new items and removing items out of stock. Due to the large amount of products that we provide, we cannot 100% guarantee that they are available and not out of stock at the time your order is placed. If for any reason your product is out of stock we will notify you by email promptly after you ordered it that it is out of stock.
In addition, due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice, descriptions are subject to change without notice, and colors are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns and refunds only if they occur within 14 days after invoice date, no exceptions. If the product package has been opened, we can offer you a replacement product once you have shipped the opened package back to our company. If the product is unopened and it is returned to our company within 14 days after the invoice, we can issue a full refund.
Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid, we do not pay nor are we responsible for any shipping charges. We do not accept returns on body jewelry. There are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returns of body jewelry.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR POLICY
Our typographical errors policy is that we are not responsible for any misunderstandings due to typographical errors.
EARRING POLICY
All earrings are sold as Pairs of Earrings with Cards (Ready to sell) unless the earrings are noted as otherwise.
Sterling Silver Policy
All Sterling Silver Jewelry or Jewelry stamped 925 will tarnish. How fast it will tarnish will depend on your body chemistry. Some sterling silver jewelry that you order may arrive tarnished. The best way to clean sterling silver jewelry is with a cloth and/or silver jewelry cleaner. We cannot guarantee that sterling silver jewelry will not arrive tarnished. However, it is easily cleaned.
